We offer complimentary registration for members of the press; however, press credentials are required. Please contact the INUS Office ([email protected]).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to [email protected]:
- For cancellations received until Sunday 30th December November 2025 you will get a full refund.
- Cancellations received between Monday 1st December 2025 and Sunday 28th December 2025, 50% will be refunded.
- From Monday 29th December 2025 onward no refund will be made.
- No refund will be made for INUS membership fees should a delegate wish to cancel their registration at any point.
In the event that INUS must cancel the Annual Congress 2026 in Yogyakarta, INUS will do its best to provide a refund. In case the congress must be postponed, all registrations and bookings will be changed automatically to the new date.
INUS recommends that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries.
INUS does not accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants.
